Basis and Purpose of Processing
Personal data are processed for the purpose of:
- Conclusion and performance of the contract for hotel or catering services or booking events available in the hotel complex – based on Art. 6 sec. 1 letter b) and c) of the GDPR.
- Responding to inquiries directed to us - on the basis of Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR, i.e. expressed consent or taking explicit action confirming consent (e.g. providing contact details via a form, e-mail, telephone, in person, newsletter subscription, consent to marketing materials).
- Pursuing or defending against claims - based on Article 6, section 1, letter f of the GDPR, as the legitimate interest of the administrator.
- Administering the website, keeping visit statistics and managing content - based on Article 6, section 1, letter f of the GDPR, as the legitimate interest of the administrator.

- In case of consent to data processing – until the data ceases to be useful or consent is withdrawn, without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to its withdrawal.
- In the event of a claim being made – until the limitation period for mutual claims expires.
