SPA & Wellness Regulations

Opening hours:

• SPA zone (dry sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi) is open from 16:00 to 22:00.
• Beauty salon and massage parlor are open from 12:00 to 20:00.

Reservation and use of the SPA Zone:

• If you wish to use the SPA Zone, please report it at the reception desk. at least 2 hours in advance.
• The declaration of the Guest's willingness to use the SPA & Wellness Zone is equivalent to the Guest's submission declaration of no health contraindications to use the jacuzzi, steam bath and dry sauna.
• Entry to the SPA Zone only rented bathrobe Villa Park.
• For treatments we provide: towel, bathrobe and disposable shoes and underwear.

Rules applicable in the SPA Zone:

• The SPA area is intended for adults only.
• This applies here a zone of silence and relaxation – please remain calm.
• It is forbidden to bring food, beverages, alcohol and smoking tobacco.
• People being under the influence of alcohol cannot use the SPA.

Preparation for treatments:

• You must come to the SPA 5 minutes before the scheduled treatment.
• The most comfortable outfit for treatments is bathrobe.
• Disposable underwear is available in treatment rooms.

Delays and cancellations:

• In case of delay, Villa Park reserves the right to subtracting the delay time from the total procedure time.
• In case of absence at the scheduled treatment without prior notice, Villa Park reserves the right to cancel the reservation and charge a fee in the amount of the treatment value.

Rules for withdrawal from the procedure:

• More than 24 hours before the procedure – no fees.
• From 6 to 24 hours before the procedure – 50% fee of the treatment value.
• Less than 3 hours before the procedure – fee 100% of the treatment value.

Use of SPA by minors:

• Youth under 16 years of age can only benefit from treatments written consent of parents or guardians.
• SPA staff has the right refuse to perform the procedure persons under 16 years of age.

Disclaimers:

• Villa Park reserves the right to refuse to perform a procedure if the staff considers that there are health contraindications, possibility of complications or the guest is in under the influence of alcohol.
